Luttik Maria is a young contemporary visual artist from Moscow, Russia.
Education: MGHPU them. Stroganov Faculty of Monumental and decorative painting
Her work masterfully combines modern calligraphy and fonts, both classical and graffiti, neo-academic painting and drawing, experimental materials such as epoxy resin and alcoholic ink. interesting fact that the artist is inspired by the Holy Scriptures of all traditions of the world (Psalms, Koran and Bhagavat-Gita), as well as in the lines of modern songs and poets. On one canvas, the Slokas of the Bhagavat-Gita, Rumi's poems and lines of modern rappers are calmly side by side. Because if the words are inspirational and powerful, what difference does it make who said them and when? An important side effect of the work is that it blurs the boundaries between cultures by building bridges, not walls.
